| Service was great as usual |

| Regular servicing was fast and efficient. We appreciated the "heads up" on likely work in the future. This helps us to plan and budget. |

| I took my vehicle in for a confirmation diagnosis/2nd opinion on a catalytic converter issue. I had gotten a preliminary estimate from Silver Springs Auto/Steve that it would be approx. $2000 to fix (dealer quote was $3200). Diagnostics confirmed the issue. But rather than fix it, Steve informed me that the converter should still be under warranty. He had made a call and confirmed with Hyundai that I should indeed be covered. I was so impressed with this as I had already been told by 3 local Hyundai staff that my converter was not on warranty! I am so thankful for Steve's honesty, integrity, and assistance. Outside of warranty work, I will never go anywhere else. Outstanding. |

| I've been using Steve/Duncan at Silver Springs Automotive from when they were "Certified" to "Select". I've taken everything from a BMW to Toyota's to Dodge - always excellent work, quick and supported (if warrantied, they honor both the parts and the labor). Very happy they are close and so good. |
